For IAQF members, much of your Personal Information is available and editable in your member account on the Website. Non-members should contact us to correct or update their Personal Information.

If you want to manage emails and other communications to you, you may update your preferences in your account, follow the steps described in links at the bottom of email messages, or contact IAQF support. You may object to, or request that IAQF stop, its use of your Personal Information by contacting IAQF. Please note that if you choose to restrict IAQF’s ability to process Personal Information, and the processing is otherwise required to provide you with the IAQF’s Services, we may not be able to provide you with those Services.
Delete account and Personal Information
Please contact us to request deletion of your Personal Information. If you no longer wish to be an IAQF member but still desire to hear from us, we will delete your member account but retain as much Personal Information as necessary to send you our newsletters. If you unsubscribe from the IAQF newsletter, we will delete your Personal Information from our system.
Deletion will not apply to historical activity logs or archives unless and until these logs and data naturally “age-off” the IAQF system.
IAQF will retain and use Personal Information as necessary to maintain an accurate record of transactions, comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce its agreements, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

SECURITY BREACH NOTIFICATIONS
If IAQF learns of a security breach affecting your Personal Information, IAQF may attempt to notify you electronically so that you may take appropriate protective steps. By using the Services or providing Personal Information to IAQF, you agree that IAQF can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues. The Website is primarily operated and managed on servers located within the United States.
