Point72, L.P. has an opening for a Digital Transformation Lead in New York, New York.This position is hybrid; may work from home up to 2 days per week, as permitted.

Lead digital transformation projects by overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure-focused digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in developer and end user experience. Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project outcomes. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and establish and track key performance indicators to measure the impact and success of digital transformation initiatives. Provide cross functional project management support in an advisory or hands-on capacity for projects that need cross functional project management support or for projects sponsored by the Tech Chief of Staff pillar leads. Identify areas for continuous improvement and incubate new capabilities proving viability before expanding across the organization. Drive or support other special projects, e.g., Engineering Excellence, as needed. Support implementation of technology governance mechanisms including oversight of program management standards related to project plan, specification documentation, etc. for the Top 10-15 Technology projects (aka Tech Big Rocks) and executive/stakeholder reporting.

Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering Management, or a related field and at least 7 years of progressive experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a role within the technology and/or financial services sector. Must also possess the following: at least 7 years of experience in product management, project management, process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean), and balancing multiple priorities; at least 7 years of experience in governance frameworks and processes and content creation and communication for senior leadership; at least 3 years of experience as an application/software developer; at least 2 years of experience in Gen AI, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and data science/analytics; and at least 2 years of experience with cloud services and microservices architecture.
